Lowell, MA – Music returns to Merrimack Repertory Theatre this holiday season with “13 Things About Ed Carpolotti.” The one-woman musical with book, music, and lyrics by Barry Kleinbort is based on a play by Jeffrey Hatcher. Directed by Kleinbort, the piece was written for the actress Penny Fuller, who is featured in MRT’s production.

He was an associate writer/performer in Tectonic Theater Company’s The Laramie Project and The Laramie Project: Ten Years Later, which address the 1998 murder of gay University of Wyoming student Matthew Shepard.
